La date de clôture pour apparaître dans le catalogue est fixée au 13 décembre 2024 minuit ou lorsque la capacité du show hall est atteinte.
Closing catalogs date is Dec 13, 2024 (11:59 pm) or when the show hall limits are reached.
"Late entries" acceptées avec accord de l'entry clerk - Late entries accepted after checking with the entry clerk.
En "Traditionnelle", l'annulation d'un chat est possible jusqu'à 4 semaines avant le show. Après cette date, le montant total de l'inscription sera dû. Toutes les inscriptions introduites pour les rings TICA doivent être payées comme prévu dans les règles de la TICA. A noter que les PLACEHOLDERS sont considérées comme des inscriptions !
Withdrawal of a cat in Traditional Judgments is possible till 4 weeks before the show, after this date the full entry fee will have to be paid. All entries for the TICA rings must be paid according to TICA's rules; please note that PLACEHOLDERS are considered entries!
Les changements concernant une inscription sont gratuits jusqu'à 3 semaines avant le show. Après un montant de 10,00 € sera compté, sauf pour un changement de Classe de jugement.
Changes related to an entry are free of charge until 3 weeks before the show. After that a fee of 10,00€ per entry will be charged, except for a change of the Judgment Class.
Contrôle vétérinaire / Veterinary checking :
- Samedi / Saturday : 07h30 -> 09h30
- Dimanche / Sunday: 08h00 -> 09h00
Début des jugements : 10h00 / The show will start both days at 10:00 am
Les chats doivent rester présents jusque 17h30 / All cats need to be present in the showhall until 5:30 pm
